According to a Department of Veterans Affairs "Memorandum" dated April 26, 2010. The Department of Veterans Affairs was very aware of the "cooking of the books" dating back to 2008. This memo was sent to "Network Director (10N1-23) from "Deputy Under Secretary for Health Operations and Management (10N). Signed by, William Schoenhard FACHE. Karen Morris, MSW Associate Director, as well as Michael Davies, MD, Director VHA Systems Redesign are also listed in this memo as contacts for any questions regarding this memo.

"1. The purpose of the memorandum is to call for immediate action within every VISA to review current scheduling practices to identify and eliminate all inappropriate practices including but not limited to the practice specified below.

2. It has come to my attention that in order to improve scores on assorted access measures certain facilities have adopted use of inappropriate scheduling practices sometimes referred to as "gaming strategies." Example: As a way to combat missed opportunity rates some medical centers cancel appointments for patients not checked in 10 - 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Patients are informed that it is medical center policy that they must check in early and if they fail to do so, it is in the medical center's right to cancel that appointment. This is not patient centered care.

3. For your assistance, attached is a listing of the inappropriate scheduling practices identified by a multi-VISN workgroup charted by the systems Redesign office. Please be cautioned that since 2008, additional new, or modified gaming strategies may have emerged, so do not consider this list a full description of all current possibilities of inappropriate scheduling practices that need to be addressed. These practices will not be tolerated. "

One week ago the entire nation was focused, and enraged about the Veterans Administration. Bombarding the Veterans Administration for their illegal, unethical practices of "cooking the books" which have caused the death of many of our honorable men/women that have served to protect this nation. Our veterans continue to die due to "death panels" while the public's attention has been diverted, concerned, and focused on the illegal trade of 5 top Taliban leaders for one American deserter/traitor.

While that is disgusting, and illegal, it is also not surprising. We need to stop allowing ourselves to be distracted by those things we cannot control, and focus on what we can. We need to focus on what is going on here at home. What do you say we stand together and help get our veterans the vital care they need? We need to think about arming and training our law abiding citizens. This way if the terrorists do decide to attack us, we the people will be able to defend our country from those that would murder our people.

The first thing that must happen is to get the ultimate terrorist supporter out of the White House by impeachment. He is the ultimate threat to our National Security. There is no doubt democratic candidates running for election this year are extremely happy the focus is now on another one of Obama's illegal actions in supporting terrorists, instead of being held accountable for failing to do anything about the death panels our veterans and their families are being subjected to right here at home.

The Veterans Administration has admittedly refused care to our veterans for years, which has caused more death by democide"  government than "mass shootings." The MSM and political pundit gun grabbers love to exploit shootings for their people control gun control agenda, while ignoring the real national security threats and issues within our own borders. MSM refuses to report this disgusting truth. Pay attention because this is what "death panels" are and yes, they will be coming to your personal health care compliments of "Obamacare." They have disgustingly used the "veterans" as their guinea pigs and have gotten by with it for far too long.

While Obama was "shocked" and "mad as hell" for what he "learned on the news," once again. MSM even started calling Obama out on his lies. They pointed out Obama not only knew about the Veterans Administration "cooking the books" but that he also promised to fix it when running for president in 2007.

Unfortunately for Obama, he ran on the promise of fixing the Veterans Administration problem in 2007.

When MSM actually replayed Obama's speech for the public, people across the country "even some of Obama's most faithful pundits" became enraged. It certainly is/was very damaging to democrats that are running in this upcoming 2014 election for a seat in the senate. Especially when nothing has been done in the past six years to fix or stop the murder of veterans via "sanctioned care" aka "death panels." I consider this an act of treason. Death by government "democide" should never become acceptable anywhere in the world.

While John McCain, Obama, and many others within this administration have been caught for years meeting, greeting, and making deals with "real" terrorists, this administration is labeling American citizens as "Domestic Terrorists" or "a threat to national security" simply because they are fighting the abuse of power, high taxes, out of control spending, or simply being a veteran. All while they strategically place Muslim Brotherhood terrorist connected people in very high government positions, helping to influence or implement policy and training manuals. They are attacking us from within. This Administration is targeting our people, our veterans, our children, all while arming and militarizing our homeland to the teeth. Training the police, DHS, EPA, etc.. that "we the people" are the enemy. Nothing the government does is by accident, it is what I call strategic maneuvering.

I do not believe these "death panels" were an oversight, but possibly an attempt to get rid of the "veterans." Why? Doesn't this administration consider veterans to be the number one threat? Why? Would it be because they are highly trained and it would be much more beneficial if veterans aren't around when SHTF? After all, they surely don't want veterans to be healthy, and able to defend our country from tyranny or terrorists armed by this administration if the need should arise.

It is my opinion, in this administrations eyes, (strategically speaking) it is helpful to their sick global agenda that the veterans die off. By denying care for our highly trained veterans it weakens our ability to defend this nation from enemies both foreign and domestic. All the while this administration promotes the overthrow of our country by globalist elitist foreign rulers via "treaties" with the United Nations. All with "plausible deny ability."

The Growing “I’ve-Lost-Interest-in-Politics” Malaise Won’t rescue America

 People can now clearly see the visceral hatred of America from the White House from their own mostly humble abodes—even if they forgot about President Barack Obama’s 2008 election campaign promise, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

In civilized countries, laws are written to protect citizens.  Zimbabwe’s Robert Mugabe-like, in today’s America, Obama is the law.

Tracking the spoor of the five-days-away promise in action shows where Obama is taking the Free World—with 966 days of his second term still to go.

A percentage of 52.9 percent brought Obama into power in 2008.  In 2012, 51.1 percent returned him to power. Free stuff and racial division coming directly from the White House, the 52.9 and 51.1 percent are not likely to change.

America was already roughly divided 50-50 when Obama began his Fundamental Transformation.
With Obama’s hatred of all things American, the 47.1 percent who cast votes against him in 2008 and the 48.9 percent in 2012 have much to worry about during the long 966 days ahead.

It’s no exaggeration to note that it’s like the devil went down to the White House circa November 4, 2008, and though he’s been there ever since there’s been no Charlie Daniels among the opposition to sing about it.

In his Fundamental Transformation, Obama is playing out Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals on an unwitting 48.9 percent of America.  Alinsky both believed and paid homage to the devil.  He dedicated his book Rules for Radicals to Lucifer.

With 966 days left to go and no guarantees he will be gone after then, it’s time for a recap of Obama’s Marxist transformation of the country he lives to hate.

Starting with the cradle, during his almost six years in office, millions of American babies never got to be born. 

As a senator, Obama was already the champion of partial-birth abortions.  Since election, Obama has funded Planned Parenthood to the tune of millions, and under Obama’s watch, American taxpayers, including all people of faith,  are now forced to foot the bill for abortions in foreign lands.

Obama insists on the control of all children who made it past abortion into kindergarten age:  “Common Core is going to track our kids from kindergarten through high school.”  (CapitolHillDaily, Sept. 4, 2013)

Obama’s hand in Common Core should have been readily seen.  That should be no surprise when Obama’s days as a community organizer focused on public education in the Annenberg Challenge with unrepentant domestic terrorist Bill Ayers.

The majority of Obama’s public addresses for the past five and a half years have been at the high school and university level.

During his most recent public address at West Point, Obama told graduating young cadets U.S. “military adventures” were over:  “Since World War 11, some of our most costly mistakes came not from our restraint, but from our willingness to rush into military adventures—without thinking through the consequences; without building international support and legitimacy for our action.” (The Blaze, May 28, 2014)

In his own words, Obama was telling West Point graduates their education counted for nothing.
Obama follows citizen lives right up to their golden years.  Death panels are part of an ObamaCare he is keeping hidden until after November’s midterms and the 2016 presidential election.

Obama’s mean spirit towards aging war veterans surfaced during the 2013 Government Shutdown, when he banned veterans in their 80s and 90s, many for the first time,  from getting to their War Memorial in Washington, D.C.

War veterans waiting for promised medical help that never comes is now a full-blown VA scandal with calls for the resignation of United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric Shinseki, while Obama continues to defend him.

Many other groups, including Christians, Conservatives, the Military, the Tea Party,  are now at the mercy of Obama’s poisonous pen.

As days go by, proof is at hand that virtually no segment of society is free from Obama’s radical transformation. It now seems he has the NFL in his sights.

Only yesterday, Obama held a ‘Concussion Summit’ at the White House to find ways to combat “the nation’s growing concussion crisis.  It turns out that Obama recalls “multiple times playing sports when he got a ringing in his ears, which he said might have been “a mild concussion”. (NBC News, May 29, 2014).

Never mind that Obama has never before mentioned his might-have-been “mild concussion” in any of his speeches, or in either one of his two autobiographies.

Readers of news sites like Canada Free Press (CFP), television watchers and radio listeners hit the nail on the head when they complain that everybody yowls about Obama but nobody is coming up with advice on what to do about stopping him from taking down America.

There is a burgeoning “I’ve-lost-interest-in-politics” message coming from We the People.

Lack of interest is exactly what Obama and incumbents on both sides of the House really need to continue the take-down of the U.S.

Griping about Obama’s latest move down at the beer parlor and posting that you won’t be going out to vote on Facebook isn’t going to rescue America.

The battle of taking back the country should start by identifying Conservative and Libertarian candidates and by doing everything possible to get them elected.

Talking about all candidates being the same is an over used cop out.

Spreading negativity, hiding in lazy lairs is what Marxists politicians and their comfy Republican running dogs do.

Ignore media talking heads insisting that it’s going to be Benghazi-damaged Hillary Clinton for the Dems and addle-headed Jeb Bush for the Repubs.

The last two presidential elections have been a charade, and it’s too late in the game to worry about the ones that came before them.

Senator John McCain was well past his best before date when he ran in 2008.  The GOP-cowed Mitt Romney never had a chance. 

Stop watching ‘Chairman of Charades’ Karl Rove on Fox TV.

Getting even with the Republicans is not just cursing them. It’s voting in real conservatives like the ones running with Tea Party support.

We need a Moses and the only Moses visible on the scene right now is Dr. Ben Carson.

As for the devil coming down and staying in the White House, while we’re all straining to hear Charlie Daniels sing, all we hear are the crickets.

But hearing the crickets for 966 straight days could be a reminder that life is really all about keeping right on going.

The keeping right on going won’ be easy and there will be plenty of others needing the bum’s rush after Obama hits the curb.

Meanwhile, keep asking the Creator to keep blessing America for the next bound to be interminably long 966 days.

Sarah Palin: Matt Drudge Prepares Obama's Daily Intelligence Report

 After President Barack Obama claimed he heard about the wait-list scandal engulfing his Veterans Administration by watching television reports, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin determined that he must be using the Drudge Report as his daily source of intelligence because of the incompetence of his advisers.

"Obama knows nothing, sees nothing, and hears nothing unless his lapdogs bark, then his ears perk up," Palin wrote on Monday. "Not exactly using a hunting dog to flush out the truth, is he? Kind of reminds me of that famous Will Rogers quote: 'All I know is just what I read in the papers, and that’s an alibi for my ignorance.'"

Palin was dumbfounded that Obama did not know about the 40 veterans who reportedly died after they were put on secret waiting lists at a VA hospital in Arizona, especially when Obama had actually been briefed about wait-time problems that veterans were facing at the VA.

"The head of government that has the most sophisticated spying apparatus ever created can monitor who we talk to, what we talk about, how many twinkies our kids eat and the calories we consume, where we travel, etc. etc., yet announces our President’s daily Intelligence report is actually prepared by Matt Drudge," Palin wrote. "Hmmm. Perhaps the NSA should take out ads in the sports section to assure the President reads his morning Intelligence briefing."

Obama and Veterans Secretary Eric Shinseki have claimed they were "madder than hell" and "mad as hell," respectively, but the only disciplinary action taken was forcing an official who was slated to resign later this year to leave his post earlier than scheduled.

The White House announced Wednesday that Rob Nabors, a White House deputy chief of staff, would visit the Arizona hospital at the center of the scandal. More VA hospitals may have had similar secret waiting lists.
Palin linked to a video montage of Obama revealing that he learned about numerous scandals--including the VA scandal, the NSA spying scandals, the Fast and Furious scandal, and the IRS' targeting of conservatives scandal--through "press reports."

Obama had also missed a considerable number of his daily intelligence briefings.

As Breitbart News reported, a three-page Government Accountability Institute report shockingly "found that of the first 1,225 days of his time in office, Mr. Obama has attended less than half (43.8 percent) of his daily intelligence briefings." Also, the White House calendar did not show an instance in which Obama attended his daily intelligence briefings in the week prior to the 2012 terror attacks in Benghazi that killed four Americans.

Obama campaigned on the backs of waiting-list veteran heroes in 2008

President Barack Obama did not, as the White House claimed yesterday, only learn of the VA wait-list scandal on TV, just as he claimed to learn of the IRS, Fast and Furious and AP reporting snooping scandals.

Obama campaigned on the VA scandal while still a senator in 2008, got elected president and then forgot about it—until the scandal came back into the light of publicity this month.

“Speaking at a campaign rally in Charleston, W. Va., then Senator Obama promised veterans he would fix the problems plaguing Veterans Affairs hospitals: (grabien.com)

“At a time when we’re facing the largest homecoming since the Second World War, the true test of our patriotism is whether we will serve our returning heroes as well as they’ve served us,” Obama said:

“We know that over the last eight years, we’ve already fallen short of meeting this test. We all learned about the deplorable conditions that were discovered at places like Fort Bragg and Walter Reed. We’ve all walked by a veteran whose home is now a cardboard box on a street corner in the richest nation on Earth. We’ve all heard about what it’s like to navigate the broken bureaucracy of the VA - the impossibly long lines, or the repeated calls for help that get you nothing more than an answering machine. Just a few weeks ago, an 89-year-old World War II veteran from South Carolina told his family, “No matter what I apply for at the VA, they turn me down.” The next day, he walked outside of an Outpatient Clinic in Greenville and took his own life.

“How can we let this happen? How is that acceptable in the United States of America? The answer is, it’s not. It’s an outrage. And it’s a betrayal—a betrayal—of the ideals that we ask our troops to risk their lives for.

“But it doesn’t have to be this way. Not in this country. Not if we decide that this time will be different.”

And there is undeniable proof that Obama referred to the VA scandal only two years ago.

Through diligent research top talk show radio host Mark Levin’s producer, Rich (Sementa) unearthed a July 23, 2012 clip right off the White House website with Obama claiming new veterans wouldn’t be piled onto the backlog, saying: “I will not rest until we’ve got this right”.

“White House Press Secretary Jay Carney wound up with egg on his face Monday as he told reporters that President Barack Obama first learned from a TV news report that his Veterans Administration was denying medical care to vets with secret off-the-books waiting lists. (Daily Mail, May 19, 2014)

“But new evidence emerged this morning that his transition team was notified five years ago about how VA medical centers’ official wait-list times bore little resemblance to reality and risked denying military heroes critical health care.
 “The Washington Times reported Monday that waiting times at veterans’ medical facilities were known to be wildly inaccurate at the end of the George W. Bush administration. By the time Obama’s transition team got a post-election briefing from the VA at the end of 2008, scheduling failures were already reaching a critical point.

“The newspaper received a copy of that briefing through a Freedom Of Information Act request.

EVA medical centers stand accused of keeping secret off-the-books waiting lists in order to cook the books and boost performance stats.

As many as 40 veterans died in Phoenix when they were denied critical care because their names didn’t appear on official waiting lists.”

Guess Obama’s 2008 promised ‘Hope and Change’ included everyone other than America’s courageous war vets.

Campaigning on the back of war vets didn’t stop Obama or his wife Michelle from going on to use the military as props ever since his election.

Most prominent among Obama using the military as props is what Canada Free Press (CFP) referred to as ‘The Incident in the Rose Garden’:

“Armed by the arrogant confidence that comes via a protective circle of self-serving, back-scratching politicians (including Republican ones), who do nothing to deter his increasing taunts against all things American,  President Barack Hussein Obama continues to publicly trash the cherished image of the military.

“Taking a leaf straight from the book of his overbearing wife, Michelle, who used military members in full dress as props on the night she invaded living rooms via satellite from the White House to announce this year’s Best Picture, yesterday big brave BHO used Marines holding umbrellas to shelter both himself and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan from a little light drizzle in the White House Rose Garden.”

Erdogan was last week accused of punching a mourner in the aftermath of his country’s worst mining disaster. (Daily Mail, May 15, 2014).  Photos of his adviser Yusef Yerkel kicking a mourner went viral on the Internet.

“The photograph of the two with the umbrella-holding Marines went viral on the Internet, but lost on an ever-taunting Obama was the stark contrast between the dedicated young men who serve the country and his anti-American self. (CFP)

“This president who holds respect for nothing American and who seems to consider nothing sacred referred to Erdogan as “our prime minister”.  Was he planning to later dive, yet again under the slip-of-the-tongue cover, or was it part of a deliberate attempt to underline photographic proof that an Islamic prime minister can be served by an umbrella-holding U.S. Marine?

“Worst of all, Obama, who still maintains the cover up on the September 11, 2012 slaughter of four courageous Americans in Benghazi, Libya, openly called the terrorist attack that cost them their lives, an “incident”.

“This from the same president, who with his vice president and secretary of state in tow, showed up to comfort and promise justice for the loss to the loved ones of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Tyrone S. Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith when their bodies were returned to the USA.”

Meanwhile, we can expect the ‘Mother of all Selfies’  when Obama, wearing a put-on mournful face, shows up on Memorial Day this coming long weekend to lay a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery.

'Roaring to Nov.': Palin Touts More Endorsees After Nebraska Victories

Trey Gowdy silences press in 3 minutes regarding Benghazi

Wow! It took Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) just three minutes to indict the liberal media for its failure to investigate the terrorist attack in Benghazi that claimed four American lives including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

But the chair of the House Special Committee on Benghazi  does a whole lot more than that.
In a recently surfaced video of Gowdy speaking to a roomful of media members, he manages to use Barack Obama’s own words as proof of the president’s complete failure to do anything in the wake of the attacks, and Gowdy asks a series of still-unanswered questions–all glaring examples of media inaction–about the night of the attacks and the aftermath.

Gowdy clearly shows two other things as well. First, he shows why he never lost a case as prosecutor and second, why anyone involved with the Benghazi cover up had better be concerned.
