By now, the trash left behind at the Democrat “One Nation Working Together” near the Washington Monument has been cleared away—but a bunch of garbage remains.
For the last year and a half the left and their activist old media have tried to dump on the Tea Party movement, hoping beyond hope they would find evidence of racism, sexism, Nazism, or any type of -ism that they could use to disparage and discredit Americans who love liberty.
They never found it. They had to focus in on a guy legally carrying a gun at a rally in Phoenix and that was a story for a week. There have also been stories of leftists infiltrating Tea Parties to try to give the media ammo to use against the movement. The left kept firing blanks.
Now, we have actual proof of the Communist/Democrat/Socialist Party holding a rally on the steps of the Washington Monument. Complete with signs equating Green Jobs with socialism, Obama supporters promoting socialism, anti-Israel signs, and on and on. The photos tell the story that the media refuse to report.
Ben Jealous, the head of the NAACP confirmed the connection on ABC when he was asked about communists and socialists promoting this event and he said the Democrats are a “big tent” party and anybody who can vote is welcome. See a Republican try to give an answer like that if anything similar had happened at a Tea Party rally.
After every Tea Party rally the media asked the question, “What is the Tea Party all about?” Republicans were questioned and put on the defensive. Most gave great answers, but still the media made sure Republicans were asked the questions and forced to defend the movement. The stories usually ended up missing the mark and with the media perpetuating some erroneous stereotypes.
The activist old media must now put Democrat candidates on the spot. We are less than a month from a pivotal mid-term election and I’m not sure we know what the Democrat Party really is. The media need to ask Democrat candidates why communists and socialists were part of this event. These anti-American groups promoted this event, they were a force at this event and they felt very comfortable at this event.
The connection between the Democrats, communists and socialists were clear at this event and this needs to be explained by every candidate in every race out there. Thumbs up or thumbs down to their party aligning with these groups as they did over the weekend.
I want Harry Reid asked about how the unions he so strongly supports can march side by side with communists and socialists. How “Mr. Ed” Schultz of MSNBC can be comfortable with spending time on the same dais with communist Harry Belafonte. How people wearing Obama/Biden shirts are seen carrying pro-socialist signs. How “green jobs” are being promoted on a sign with a Hammer and Sickle (it’s been a while since we’ve seen one of those over here.)
Americans have fought and died fighting communists in many wars over the years. Korea and Vietnam were the most prominent. I have never been more proud of my country than when Ronald Reagan won the Cold War without firing a shot and one billion people in the former USSR and the Soviet Bloc were freed from the ravages of communism.
Now, 21 years later, the Hammer and Sickle has found new life on American soil and within the Democrat Party.
Democrats need to be challenged on this—they need to be asked the questions about the clear connection between Democrats, communists and socialists. Bring up the pictures and the video. They are out there, everywhere on the web. No Democrat being interviewed anywhere for the next three weeks should not first have to answer this question. Do they support the rally as we all saw it, or to they disavow their party’s new friends? (Maybe they’re not all that new—it’s just the Tea Party finally pulled them out of the closet.)
I’m expecting to see Saturday Night Live do a comedy skit about the weekend rally. They can have President Obama standing near the men’s room, puffing on a cigarette and watching video of the people with the communist and socialist signs—he can complain to nobody in particular that he is amazed at how desperate the Tea Party is and how far they have gone to ruin America. This can play out for a couple minutes—until the cameras pan down and you see people wearing Obama/Biden shirts and SEIU shirts and Teachers Unions helping distribute information. Hilarious stuff right there. There must be elements of truth for it to actually be funny. I’ll be watching this Saturday and you’re free to use my idea.
The Democrats have just given the Republicans their own “October surprise.” Republican candidates should put their Democrat counterparts on the spot, especially if the media will not. This is ten times better than any of that sick little stuff the Democrats are using right now and it’s actually legitimate. Chose this day whom ye will serve.
If you didn’t think we were at a crucial tipping point in this country, you have to know that we are there now. Choose this day. The choice could not be more clear. Nov. 2 is trash day in my neighborhood—I’m thinking we’ll be filling a pretty large dumpster that day and Democrats will be thrown out along with their beloved Hammer and Sickle.
Because now you have seen them for who they really are.
