Senator George LeMieux: Obama, Where are all the skimmers you promised?

I banged my desk when I watched this. The administration’s response to the Gulf oil spill has been so bad that we are hearing Senators and Governors plead with the federal government to do their job so they can protect their people. I mean, this is really pathetic!
